Tracey is responsible for Service Delivery within Magnet+. Speaking about her role in the business Tracey talks about the great team she works with on a daily basis, including technical support, customer service and sales teams and the installation teams.
Tracey also goes through what a typical day as Service Delivery Manager involves. She also talks about the flexibility within Magnet+, which means we can offer bespoke solutions to customers of all sizes, no matter where in the country they are.
