CONTRACT CHANGE INFORMATION NOTICE: Price change of Magnet+ PSTN & ISDN Services – 30^th April 2023

From 1st of June 2023, Magnet+ will be implementing a change in price on our PSTN and ISDN services. These prices come into effect on 1^st June 2023.

This price change will be applied to bills issued on or after June 1^st, 2023.

Magnet+ will contact all affected customers by email and in the case of no email address a letter will be sent to the service billing address a minimum of 30 days in advance of the first affected bill, informing them of the price change relevant to their plan. Following receipt of this notice, customers may change or cancel their contract within 30 days, without penalty, by dialling +353 (0) 1 681 1117. Affected customers can continue on the new plan, exit their contracts, move to another Magnet + plan or upgrade to one of our many business solutions.

From 1st of August 2023, Magnet+ will be implementing a change in price on our PSTN and ISDN services, along with other services. These prices come into effect on 1^st August 2023.

The price of the services listed below will increase by 12.5%

CONTRACT CHANGE INFORMATION NOTICE: Price change of Magnet+ Hosted Voice Services - 31^st January 2023

From 1st of March 2023, Magnet+ will be implementing a change in price on our Hosted Voice Services. The price will increase by an additional €2 ex.VAT per user per month. NOTE: For Office in a Box customers, a user charge of €2 ex. VAT per month per active user will be applied.

Additionally, Magnet+ has made significant investment in developing your hosted voice service which includes upgraded software, platform enhancements along with the improvements to the softphone app and redeveloped user interfaces. As a result, a fixed monthly charge of €6.50 ex VAT is being applied to all accounts. 

This price change will be applied to bills issued on or after March 1^st, 2023.

CONTRACT CHANGE INFORMATION NOTICE: Price change of Magnet+ Business Broadband and Fixed Voice Services- December 2022

From 1st of January 2023, Magnet+ will be implementing a change in price on the following services.  Services listed will  change by an additional €5 ex.VAT per month.

Additionally, Magnet+ is standardising the charge of PSTN Line rental to €25.96 ex. VAT.

This price change will be applied to bills issued on or after January 1^st 2023.

Magnet+ will contact all affected customers by email and in the case of no email address a letter will be sent to the service billing address a minimum of 30 days in advance of the first affected bill, informing them of the price change relevant to their plan. Following receipt of this notice, customers may change or cancel their contract within 30 days, without penalty, by dialling +353 (0) 1 681 1117.Affected customers can continue on the new plan, exit their contracts, move to another Magnet + plan or upgrade to one of our many business connectivity solutions.

1^st March 2023 will reflect the changed price for your hosted voice service and the Platform Development charge will be applied from this date also.

1st January 2023 will reflect the changed price for your listed services and where applicable the standardisation of PSTN line rental charge will be applied from this date also.

Regulation 14 of the European Communities (electronic communications networks and services) (Universal Service and Users’ rights) and Regulations 2011 states that an operator shall, not less than one month prior to the date of implementation of any proposed modification, notify its subscribers to that service of the proposed modification in the conditions of the contract for that service, and their right to withdraw without penalty from such contract if they do not accept the modification.

As a business we have worked hard over the past number of years to keep price changes to a minimum and only when strictly necessary. This price change is driven by increasing third party costs and we have endeavoured to keep the impact of the price change a low as possible.
