Services Discontinued

Under Regulation 14 of the European Communities (electronic communications networks and services)(Universal Service and Users’ rights) Regulations 2011 an operator shall, not less than one month prior to the date of implementation of any proposed modification, notify its subscribers to that service of the proposed modification in the conditions of the contract for that service, and their right to withdraw without penalty from such contract if they do not accept the modification. 

CONTRACT CHANGE INFORMATION NOTICE – DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICES EFFECTIVE 1ST JUNE 2025 

From 1st June 2025, Magnet+ will be implementing a change in service on the following services  

  • Fatpipe Fibre 24 
  • Magnet Force Max 
  • Accenture Affinity 24Mbps BB 
  • Entertainment Starter Package 
  • Magnet Force Line Rental 
  • Magnet Force 8 

These services will begin to be disconnected after 1st June 2025 and customers will be contacted directly to advise them when their services will cease. 

Magnet+ will contact all affected customers by email and in the case of no email address a letter will be sent to the service billing address a minimum of 30 days in advance informing them of the discontinuance of service.  

Following receipt of this notice, customers’ existing terms and conditions will still apply. Affected customers may change or cancel their contract at any time, without penalty, by dialling +353 (0) 1 681 1117 or replying in writing to the email or letter received by the customer.
