The Level 1 Sales Specialist will be responsible for executing and leading outbound campaigns that will drive a high volume of qualified leads. The candidate will work collaboratively with the Level 2 Sales Specialist teams to generate leads into new revenue. As a Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of the company’s new small sized business customers and introducing new qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.
- Champion the Company’s Values ‘PACE’ throughout operational performance.
- Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making outbound calls to new market verticals.
- Assist on the formulation of strategies to generate leads on multiple channels.
- Market research to better understand our new and existing customers
- Promoting Magnet Plus products & solutions to potential customers.
- Building a strong pipeline for acquisition.
- Support marketing campaigns with telephone follow up.
- Responding to e-mail enquires that are made from potential and existing customers.
- Update and maintain all customer contact on the company CRM – Salesforce.
- Reporting potential pipeline to Sales Director on a weekly basis.
- Be actively involved in growing the businesses organic reach on multiple channels.
- Work towards targets and KPI’s to achieve success.
- Attendance at regular team meetings.
- Support team members on a day to day basis to ensure the lead generation is efficient and flawless.
- Lead and assist on any projects where necessary.
- To carry out all tasks within Company policies and procedures which are updated from time to time
- Adherence to the Group’s performance management process and objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development of the team culture
- To continually represent the company with honesty, integrity and good presentation.

Required Qualifications / Expertise:
This is an rewarding role with emphasis on targets, self-direction and hunter mentality. The role holder must have a passion for outbound selling and be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter, pro-active with a positive mindset, the candidate will have:
- 1+ previous year’s sales experience.
- A qualification in business, marketing or communications would be advantageous
Previous experience of using a CRM/Salesforce will be an advantage.
