How do I change my online password

  1. When logged into the Portal click Update My Password. To do this:
    • Click the dropdown menu beside your current username on the portal home screen
    • It is on the right-hand side of the screen
  2. Select Update My Password
  3. Enter new details as required
  4. Click Update button
