The team at Magnet+ are delighted to be shortlisted for two Customer Experience Awards this year. Customer Experience (CX) is pivotal to everything we do in Magnet+. Our team of CX Champions (which includes dedicated colleagues from every department in the business) work tirelessly to ensure that the customer journey is as seamless as possible.
We are continuously improving and are delighted that the teams progress has been recognised in the shortlists for two upcoming Customer Experience Awards ceremonies.
First up is the Customer Experience Awards (https://www.customerexperienceawards.ie/shortlist) which takes place on Wednesday 25th October. The Magnet+ team are shortlisted for three awards on the night:
- Best Customer Service Team
- Best B2B Customer Experience
- Best Customer Experience – Utilities/ Telecoms
The second awards ceremony is the CX Impact Awards (2023 SHORTLIST | thecxawards (cxia.ie)) which takes place in November. We are shortlisted for one award on the night.
